The Management Board was agreed between all partners. It is composed by the Project Manager from each partner institution and led by the University of Barcelona as project coordinator.
In response to the unprecedented healthcare crisis, the management board of ODISSeA has been meeting up regularly in extraordinary meetings to monitor the development in each country and mitigate with measures to manage the disruptions. Nine Management Board meetings were scheduled from February 2020 to February 2021 to cope with the pandemic restrictions, four of them not scheduled in the project proposal.
